1kg of delicious coffee from Guatemala, delivered to your door every month!
We keep our House coffee seasonal in order to offer the freshest, tastiest coffees.
Cafe del Valle is a blend from smallholder producers in the Jalapa region of Guatemala. Even with several farms contributing, every lot is traceable to farm level, which matters a lot to us. It means we know exactly who grew this coffee and that they receive a fair price for their work (above Fairtrade price).
Rather than large monoculture plantations, these are small farms spread across a mountainous region rich in wildlife and biodiversity.
True to the flavour profile our House coffee has become known for, Cafe del Valle has a rich, creamy body and sweet chocolate notes. We love it with or without milk, and it makes an excellent flat white.
DAN’S STORY “Before Holy Fool, I was unsociable and struggled with new places, people, and experiences. I wasn’t sure I’d succeed, but it gave me the confidence to learn, challenge myself, and grow.I gained practical skills like punctuality and reliability, and it helped me reconnect with others. The training supported my reintegration into society. It’s not just a course — I’m now excited to work events and shifts, looking forward to it with excitement instead of anxiety.”
