We keep our House coffee seasonal in order to offer the freshest, tastiest coffees.
A sweet, full-bodied espresso from the rolling hills of Caldas in Minas Gerais. Rich and syrupy with notes of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut and dried fruit, developing into a praline-like sweetness with milk.
This lot comes from a tiny farm in southern Brazil, where coffee is produced slowly and carefully with a strong focus on quality over volume. Unlike the large-scale commercial production Brazil is often known for, coffees like this are meticulously handled from harvest through to drying, resulting in a cup with remarkable sweetness and clarity.
The coffee is a naturally processed Yellow Catuaí, dried fully in the sun to intensify body and fruit character. Expect a classic Brazilian profile elevated by extra depth, texture and complexity.
