Holy Fool's first House coffee! A delicious coffee from Emilio Vitario.
Emilio runs a super small farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Unlike the vast majority of coffee in the world, this one is traceable down to small farm level and is farmed using minimally invasive techniques with a lot of shade and biodiversity. We also know Emilio is getting a fair wage, above the cost of production for his excellent coffee.
This coffee is roasted so that it tastes best as espresso, or a milky filter. We aim for coffee to be as freshly roasted as possible before we dispatch.
