This coffee is decaffeinated using the sugar cane method, which is as natural a process as you can get for removing caffeine, without removing any of the good flavour compounds in the coffee.
This coffee is from a small group of indigenous farmers in the Cauca region of Colombia. Our export partners there have been working for years to improve market access for those who were previously unable to secure better prices for their coffee. The result? Producers get a good price for their product, and we get a delicious coffee!
