We keep our House coffee seasonal in order to offer the freshest, tastiest coffees. It is Brazil season, so when we needed a new coffee we were looking for the big, syrupy sweet coffees Brazil is famous for.
This one comes from Fazenda São Lourenço in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, it is syrupy, big and chocolatey.
São Lourenço is a community-driven farm that over the past 10 years has transformed from commodity production to specialty grade coffee, all whilst upholding radical sustainability practices, with a strong emphasis on regenerative practices such as shade and co-planting.
It is perfect for espresso and milk drinks, it’s approachable, consistent, and always freshly roasted before dispatch.
