We keep our House coffee seasonal in order to offer the freshest, tastiest coffees. 

This lot comes from a small single farm called Sitio Gourita in southern Brazil run by Edison Ferreira Carson. Coffee here is produced slowly and carefully with a strong focus on quality over volume. Unlike the large-scale commercial production Brazil is often known for, this coffee is meticulously processed by hand, from harvest through to drying.

A sweet, full-bodied espresso from Sítio Gourita in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Rich and syrupy with notes of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnut and soft dried fruit, it works really well with milk.

Edison Ferreira Carson has been working with coffee for most of his life. After first planting coffee on his family land in the 1980s, Edison has gradually shifted the farm towards speciality production, with a stronger focus on quality and sustainability.

This lot is a naturally processed Topázio, grown at around 1100 metres above sea level and dried in the sun to build sweetness, body and fruit character. Expect a classic Brazilian espresso profile - chocolatey, rounded and easy to drink, with extra depth, texture and clarity.
